CARDIO COMBAT
Hip Hop Kickboxing and Boxing altogether. This combination of Cardio will burn calories, learn real life self defense moves and hip hop dances all in one class! Perfect combination to help build power strikes, skills and reaction time.

Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00-7:00

​Barre 
Barre Yoga is done at the ballet barre. This class combines elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. Barre exercises rely mainly upon one's stability and balance. Power barre is more intense to get your body stronger quicker.

Open Mitt
This class is a boxing style class great for all levels. Learn to flow combination and techniques smoothly and effectively. Students will gain more awareness, faster response time, more confidence in their self defense techniques and more! This class requires hand wraps and mitts.
